Right to work
You must have the legal right to work in the UK. We will verify this during your onboarding chat.

Paid experience
At least 6 months of paid experience in a bar or hospitality role. Venues need people who can hit the ground running.

Smartphone and WhatsApp
Everything runs through WhatsApp. You need a smartphone and an active WhatsApp account to receive shift notifications and confirm bookings.

Based in or near London
All shifts are in London. You need to be within an hour's travel of Central London (Zone 1) to be able to get to a shift on the same day.

Once you're in the pool, you're in. There's no minimum commitment, no pressure to take shifts, and no expiry date on your place. Plenty of people sign up, sit tight, and pick up a shift six months later when they need the extra hours. That's completely fine with us. Getting verified now means you're ready to go the moment you actually want to work.
